A bit about where we are today: July 7-2022: Our current portfolio consists of several long term rentals in various states in the US. 1 of which is in contract to be sold and should close next month. We have to date a handfull short term rentals (ie: airbnb, vrbo) in the beautiful state of Florida. And a primary residence in very expensive state of California. If you’re reading this much past the post date we are on the precipice of some sort of recession, maybe, maybe not, I’m not a financial guru nor do i have a crystal ball. We’re gonna see what happens here in the next few months
